As with all proven products the Proven 3.2kW is a high performance wind turbine that utilises fully the experience gained over the last 28 years that Proven have been in business.
Reliability, low noise and low maintenance combined with its high output make this wind turbine ideal for the domestic user. The 3.2 can be mounted on either a 6.5m, 11m or 15m tower and the output can be used as grid connect [feeding directly into your fuse box], battery charging [stored energy for low wind speed days] or direct heating [hot water tanks storage heaters etc].
The solution chosen can easily be combined with any of our solar water heating or solar heating support solutions thus providing the ultimate in sustainable green energy answers.
RES, in conjunction with Proven, have designed a dual function heating controller suitable for use with ALL proven units. The purpose of this unit is to use the wind turbine to supply your electricity needs during the day and act as a heat support system linking to your oil or pellet boiler at night. This function can be programmed at the time of installation and can be switched off during summer months.
